Welcome to our brand new Riad : Le Petit Yasmine, Riad Yasmine's little sister situated right next door, to rent in exclusivity with 3 suites. After 8 months of works and renovation, we have created a new haven of peace in the heart of the Medina with the help of Moroccan artisans. The Riad is to rent in its entirety, no other guests will be sharing with you. If you are a couple, a family or a group of friends, Le Petit Yasmine will be the perfect hideaway for your holidays in Marrakech.
In Le Petit Yasmine, you will find :
  •  3 beautiful suites each with private bathroom and A/C
  • A small emerald pool that can be heated
  • A TV in the largest suite situated on the ground floor with Netflix subscription
  • Cinema projector for movies and screening of your favorite videos
  • SONOS music sound system
  • A cosy dining room and living room with large sofa on the 1rst floor
  • Fully equipped rooftop with an outdoor bed, sofa & hamac
  • Pizza hoven
  • Outdoor tropical shower
  • Rooftop bathroom / toilets
  • Fadwa is the lady in charge of the Riad and will be there to welcome you, assist and to serve you breakfast every morning (included in the rate and served from 8-10AM), help&guide you during your stay
  • Dinner menu 250MAD per person (3 courses and mineral water) to be requested the same day before 1pm
  • Transfer from/to the airport (starts at 20€/car)
  • Our brochure with our tips / recommandations for tours around Marrakech, hammam, and our favorite addresses for shopping and restaurants
  • Water is included in the rate (1 bottle offered upon arrival to each guest and filtered water complimentary during the stay)
  • Min. stay 2 nights all year / Ramadan & Christmas holidays min. 3 nights stay

Booking conditions for Le Petit Yasmine : 

Le Petit Yasmine : 30% deposit at reservation (non-refundable (non-refundable and non-transferrable for another booking, NO exception will be made) ) Balance due to be paid before check-in (15 days prior arrival)/  Cancellations, reservation modifications, and/or no shows made within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the reservation. Upon checkout at the Riad, all extra (food, drinks, transfer, tours) will have to be paid in cash (euro or dirhams) If balance is not paid before the arrival, it will have to be paid in cash at check-in time.
